Well, well, well, we meet again. March, you wild and cuh-razy month. Between traveling for work and about ten thousand other events at home, I still made time to get my morning workouts in, add some more walks to my schedule and focus on enjoying my life as much as possible.

And as a result, we’ve seen some progress. Finally! After virtually NO results for nearly three months, I’ve got some big news worth sharing. This video could not be posting on a more appropriate day as this is the 60th and last workout of the Heather Robertson 12 Week 2.0 Program I have been following since January. She is amazing and provides a TON of free online workout guides. Can’t recommend enough.

I’m ending Q1 with a bang and excited to start Q2 and HR’s 3.0 Program. I hope March treated you well and I hope April is even kinder. Please watch my previous videos for context on the journey. Thank you so much for being here!
