aka The Discipline Diaries Ep.2

Isn’t there some saying about the best laid plans?

I googled it.

They ‘oft go awry.

Sounds about right. Folks, hours after I finished shooting this video and delivering chicken soup and Gatorade to my brother (two weeks ago now), my boyfriend, myself and our entire family came down with a stomach flu to rival them all. I was knocked flat for days. Hence the delay in posting this.

Welcome to March and the second installment of My Favorite Jeans aka The Discipline Diaries. In case you missed the first one, this is a monthly series documenting my fitness journey and commitment to consistency and discipline for 2025. More than anything, it’s a video diary I’m excited to watch at the end of the year.

This month I learned that, like planting a seed and waiting for it to grow, you often don’t see results immediately. Like. I literally saw none this month. But I did maintain my routine, feel a bit stronger and ever determined to stay the course. As I mention, this isn’t a journey with a start and a finish, it’s a start until forever. A forever of good, healthy habits and the discipline to achieve what I set out to and more.
