I spent a lot of time this week staring up at the peak of Mt. This is Fucking Stupid wondering how I would ever surmount it. There were many moments of, “Brittany, don’t, this is silly, no one wants this…” But alas, I made it through the forest of doubt and somehow emerged into the clouds. I’m really proud of how this video turned out.
Not only did I responsibly clear out half of my computer’s storage (meaning I didn’t trash all of my documents and caches without looking), I taught myself how to use iMovie in an elevated way. It makes me so excited for a progression in the quality of these videos as the year goes on.
It has been January for 565 years now. Mercifully, I welcome you to the last day of this absolutely psychotic month. I hope you enjoy the first installment of, My Favorite Jeans: The Discipline Diaries and that you find it both funny and inspiring. I truly cannot wait to see how this year unfolds and I’m pumped to be capturing it with new forms of content. This whole project is a really fun challenge in staying consistent and following through.
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think. Are you on any journeys in 2025 or are you taking it easy? I’d love to know.
In the coming months, I will be tacking on some paid content to these videos. Information like actual numbers, sizes, meals, workout routines and more. If you’re interested in that and also gaining access to my cookbook, Pretty Easy: All the Recipes I Know By Heart AND my 10 step guide to manifesting, Yeah, You Can Manifest, consider upgrading to paid for $5 a month!
See you Monday for another essay and the last Friday in February for the next video!
Love, Brittany
P.S. My absolutely brilliant theme music was composed by Mitch Kenny who I am eternally grateful to for his generosity and talent.
