I gotta tell you, I’m having more fun making the collages for these posts than anything else. Don’t get me wrong, love writing and chatting but man…love a digital scrapbook page the most. That being said, my sister-in-law has requested a chat about vision boards, my technique, the when, the why, the how. While I do love a physical cut and paste board and especially the social aspect of getting together and making them, this year I’ve made so many collages using Pinterest and Canva and would absolutely love to share the practice with you. Expect that post in the next few weeks.
Thank you so much for the lovely response to my first Sweet Tea Talk. As I have mentioned, the more casual vibe in here has me chatting like we’ve just sat down to sip coffee and gossip. I’m much less worried about structure and impact and more drawn to leave these posts open-ended, hoping you’ll chime in if you feel moved to.
Last post, after explaining the mindset shifts I made before I met my boyfriend Alan, Ali commented that she’d like to read more about the transition of moving in together. I’ve been thinking about it since which tells me it’s a subject ripe for discussion. I don’t plan on this turning into a relationship column à la SATC but I’m very pleased to keep this conversation going. Thanks for the inspiration, Ali!
