Hello again, my friends! Welcome back to another episode of Sort of a Cooking Show. This month we are making yet another Alison Roman recipe from her newest book, Sweet Enough. As you know, I’m a huge fan of hers but this book in particular is tops. In this video, I have doubled the recipe as I am testing what that’ll look like when I make 3 more double batches for mine and Alan’s second pop-up restaurant dinner, DeeJay’s, in two weeks.

I hope you enjoy this one. I had a blast making it and really like this new set up. I also ended up getting a little tipsy at the end because this was an all day affair. Please do yourself a favor and make this pudding, it will truly knock your socks off.
